Another week has passed, which means there's a new selection of fresh films and TV shows now streaming. We've scanned through the slush to highlight the six best movies, TV shows, and specials worth streaming the weekend of May 15, 2026.

Among the can't-miss new programming is a stand-up comedy special from "Abbott Elementary" star Lisa Ann Walter. In the nonfiction field, you can also find a new, breezy season of TV from Stanley Tucci in "Tucci in Italy" and a touching documentary about a comedy icon in "Marty, Life Is Short." Perhaps the most enticing premiere this week is the latest series in the "Yellowstone" universe, a Texas-set adventure for Beth and Rip called "Dutton Ranch."

6: The Punisher: One Last Kill

If you've been lost since the finale of "Daredevil: Born Again" Season 2, Disney Plus and Marvel have a special to help fill the gap. "The Punisher: One Last Kill" brings back Jon Bernthal's Frank Castle for a special episode (co-written by Bernthal) as he attempts to move on with his life, but things have a way of catching up with him. Deborah Ann Woll, Jason R. Moore, and Judith Light also star in "One Last Kill." The special presentation is now streaming on Disney Plus.

5: Lisa Ann Walter: It Was An Accident

After five seasons of making people laugh on "Abbott Elementary," Lisa Ann Walter is trying her hand at a stand-up comedy special. In "It Was An Accident," the actress and comedian chats about her career, family, getting older, and more in an intimate salon-style setting in Philadelphia. The special is streaming on Hulu and the Disney Plus and Hulu bundle.

4: Off Campus

Move over "The Summer I Turned Pretty," there's a new Prime Video young adult romance book adaptation. Based on Elle Kennedy's series of the same name, "Off Campus" follows a university ice hockey star and another college student who decide to start a fake relationship in the hopes of catching a crush's attention. The soapy series stars Ella Bright and Belmont Cameli, and arrives on the heels of the hockey romance "Heated Rivalry." All episodes are now streaming on Prime Video.

3: Tucci in Italy

If you caught the Tucci bug watching "The Devil Wears Prada 2," then you're in for a treat. Stanley Tucci returns for a second season of his hit food and travel series, the aptly named "Tucci in Italy." In the latest season, Tucci visits five new regions of Italy, including Naples and Campania, Sicily, Le Marche, Sardinia, and Veneto. The season premiered on National Geographic, and all five episodes are now streaming on Disney Plus and Hulu.

2: Marty, Life Is Short

Martin Short has been in the comedic limelight for the better part of his life, and a new documentary film digs into his staying power. "Marty, Life Is Short" gives an intimate look into his life, bolstered by interviews with some of the people who know him best. Interviewees include Steve Martin, Eugene Levy, Tom Hanks, John Mulaney, and the late Catherine O'Hara. The documentary film is streaming on Netflix.

1: Dutton Ranch

This week's must-watch show picks up where "Yellowstone" left off. "Dutton Ranch" follows Beth and Rip's next adventure as the couple starts their own ranch, leaving Montana for a new life in Texas, with Carter in tow. Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser reprise their iconic "Yellowstone" roles, and they're joined by Annette Bening and Ed Harris for the latest installment in the popular franchise. Following a double-header premiere, one new episode streams weekly on Paramount Plus on Fridays.
