• What is the minimum number of users required to purchase a group subscription?

• Where can I sign up if I want to purchase less than two subscriptions?

• What is the difference between Business Insider and Insider Intelligence?
  With a subscription to Business Insider you enjoy our entire coverage at businessinsider.com, insider.com, and our app as well as many subscriber-exclusive benefits. Insider Intelligence is a digitally-focused research service combining the strengths and expertise of eMarketer and Insider Intelligence.
• What are “preferred” group subscription rates?
  Group rates depend on the number of subscriptions being purchased. The more subscriptions being purchased, the more money you can save per person.
• My school or company already has a group subscription. Where can I claim my complimentary subscription?
  Please reach out to your school administrator for info on subscriptions. If you don’t know the right person to contact, please email us at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com, and we’ll be happy to help you.
• I’d like to share an article about my company or school or republish it on my website. Where can I purchase a license?
  Please fill out this form with your request, and our licensing agent will be in touch! Our licensing agent PARS creates standalone digital article reprints for you to share with your customers, employees, investors, and prospects, without them hitting the paywall.
• I think my company already has a group subscription, how do I access it?
  Please send an email to group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com and we’ll let you know if your company has a group subscription.
• How do I request an invoice?
  An invoice was sent via email to your account administrator at the time of purchase. If you did not receive the email or need another copy of the invoice, please email us at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com
• I received an error message when uploading users to our Group Subscription. What should I do?
  Please send an email to group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com with the error message you received and someone will get back to you shortly to resolve the issue.
• I have uploaded my Group Subscription users. Now what?
  Each user will receive an email from us with specific instructions on how to set up their account and access Business Insider. If your users did not receive an email, let us know at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com
• Can we change Group Subscription seats?
  Yes, just email us at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com and we’ll be happy to make any necessary changes for you.
• How do I cancel?
  Group subscriptions are on a 12-month term and cannot be canceled before the term ends. To cancel your upcoming renewal, email us at group-subscriptions@businessinsider.com.
