It's the final day of Amazon's massive summer sale, but there's still time to snag one of our favorite Prime Day deals. Right now, the Oura Ring 4 is up to 48% off, with certain sizes and colors down to record-low prices.

Oura Ring 4 deal prices vary by color, size, and material, but many metallic and ceramic configurations are under $300, matching or exceeding previous discounts we've seen. For instance, the Ceramic Midnight Oura Ring 4 is up to $240 off, while the Metallic Silver Oura Ring 4 is up to $134 off.

Our fitness expert reviewed the best smart rings and best fitness trackers, and the Oura Ring 4 earned a spot among our top recommendations. It's sleek and delivers an impressive seven to eight days of battery life, so you can go a full week without charging. Check out our full Oura Ring 4 review for all the details.

The Oura Ring is one of the most well-respected of the original smart ring brands and a great option for fitness fans who want to avoid bulky smartwatches. We particularly like it as an unobtrusive option for sleep tracking.

FAQ

Is there an Oura Ring 5?

Yes, Oura released the Oura Ring 5 in June 2026. However, the new model is not on sale for Prime Day. It ranges in price from $399 to $499. The Oura Ring 5 does offer some improvements, including a lighter design and longer battery life. But given current discounts, the Oura Ring 4 remains the better value overall.

You can also shop the older Oura Ring Gen3 Heritage and Oura Ring Gen3 Horizon at discounts in select sizes and colors.

When does Prime Day end?

Prime Day ends tonight at midnight PT. We've already seen certain Oura Ring 4 sizes and color combinations go out of stock, so if you're planning to purchase one, we recommend doing so sooner rather than later.

Do you need a subscription to use an Oura Ring?

You need a subscription to get the most out of an Oura Ring. While you can technically use basic features without a subscription (like daily Readiness, Sleep, and Activity scores), most tracking features and metrics require a membership. Subscriptions cost $6 a month or $70 a year.

Are other health and fitness trackers on sale for Prime Day?

If a ring isn't quite your speed, several other fitness wearables are getting big discounts for Prime Day, including smartwatches. Several Apple Watches are discounted, including a record-low 30% off the Series 11, our top pick for the best Apple Watch.

You can also find deals on Fitbits, Garmins, and other popular fitness watches. These watches might be better fits for serious athletes and runners since Oura Rings don't offer as many fitness metrics.

If you're looking for a cheaper smart ring, you can also get 37% off our top budget pick, the Amazfit Helio Ring.
